We have a simple but comprehensive returns policy which means that most queries can be dealt with quickly and easily either by email or over the phone. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately we will respond within five working days either resolving your complaint or with an expected timescale for resolution of the issue.
Our office is closed throughout the Christmas and new year period. Please make sure when contacting us that you have your unique order reference number handy as we may not be able to trace orders without it.
